As a specialist in rubber mouldings, we have our own in-house toolroom. We have vacuum moulding presses and equipment for grit and glass blasting. At Techmould, we also have our own injection moulding and vapour degreasing equipment. We even have a spray booth for metal insert bonding.
In addition to our rubber moulding expertise, we also produce custom rubber mouldings. These mouldings include conformal coating masking boots, rubber to metal bonding, rubber valve seats and rubber moulded diaphragms. Techmould also manufacture custom rubber gaskets, special rubber seals, bellows and rubber insulators.
